Terms of use

Last updated 7 October 2026

These are the terms between you and NEXARLABS LTD (“Nexar Labs”) for using Wimmo. Using the app means you accept them. They are short on purpose.

The short version

Who this is with

Wimmo is made and run by Nexar Labs, which is NEXARLABS LTD, a company registered at Companies House with company number 16703034. Our address is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. You can reach us at contact@nexarapps.com.

Age

You need to be 16 or over to use Wimmo. If you are under 16, please do not use it.

What Wimmo is

Wimmo helps you start a task and stay with it: you type what you are stuck on, it turns that into small steps, and it keeps you company while you work. The steps are written by an AI model, which means they are a suggestion and sometimes a poor one. Read them and use your own judgement.

Wimmo is not treatment and not a substitute for medical care. It is a productivity tool. Nothing in it is health advice, and it should not be used instead of talking to a professional.

What it costs

Your first three sessions cost nothing. The first needs no account at all; the next two need you to sign in, but there is nothing to pay.

Subscriptions are not on sale yet, and nothing in the app takes a payment today. These are the prices we plan to charge when they are:

Trial 7 days free, on either plan.
Yearly The price shown in the store.
Monthly The price shown in the store.

Prices are the prices shown in the store. Google Play sets the currency for where you are and may include tax. The price Google Play shows you before you subscribe is the one that applies.

Renewal

Once subscriptions are on sale, a subscription will renew automatically at the end of each period, and a free trial will turn into a paid subscription at the end of the 7 days, unless you cancel before then. Google Play takes the payment using whatever method you have on file with them.

If we ever change the price, Google Play tells you and asks you to agree before it charges the new amount. We can only change the price for periods you have not already paid for.

Cancelling, and refunds

Cancel in the Play Store under Payments and subscriptions. You keep what you paid for until the end of the period you are in, and it does not renew after that.

We cannot cancel it for you, and deleting your account does not cancel it either. Your subscription is held by Google, not by us. If you delete your account and leave the subscription running, it keeps billing.

Refunds are Google's to give, under its own rules, because it took the payment. Ask Google first. If something has gone wrong and it will not help, write to us anyway and we will do what we can. None of this affects any refund right you have under the law where you live.

Your account, and your content

Signing in with Google creates an account, and your tasks and session history are then kept under it so they survive a new phone. Keep control of the Google account you signed in with — anyone who has it has yours.

What you type stays yours. When you are signed in we store it so the app can show it back to you, and when you tap for one of the three AI features — planning a session, making a step smaller, or clearing your head — we send the words it needs to an AI model. We do not claim any ownership of it and we do not use it to advertise. The privacy policy says exactly where it goes.

What you agree not to do

If you do one of these we can close your account. Where the situation allows it we will tell you first and give you a chance to sort it out.

What we do not promise

We will keep Wimmo running as well as we reasonably can, but we cannot promise it is always available or always right. The AI steps can be wrong. A phone can lose a notification. Features can change, and some can go away.

Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not let us limit. Beyond that, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the problem arose.

If you are using Wimmo as a consumer, you keep all your statutory rights and nothing on this page takes them away.

Ending it

You can stop using Wimmo whenever you like — cancel any subscription in Google Play, use Delete my account on the Account screen or on our delete page, and remove the app. We can end these terms with you if you are doing one of the things listed above, or if we stop running the app, in which case we will give you as much notice as we can.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the date at the top changes and the new version applies from then. If a change matters to you, we will say so in the app rather than quietly editing this page. Carrying on using Wimmo after that means you accept the new version.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales deal with any dispute. If you live elsewhere in the UK, or in a country whose law gives you the right to bring a claim at home, you keep that right.
